A longtime dream was born: To provide an interactive food experience that is both unique and delicious. Based upon the concept that we “eat with our eyes (camera)” first, and wanting to provide a dining experience that would be memorably enjoyed long after the event was over, we created the “WOW-FACTOR” catering experience.
Over the years, our company name evolved organically. Interestingly, our name Big Boards Catering came about through conversions and media posts from our clients because we are much more than just charcuterie. In fact, we are a FULL service catering company with a main focus of providing the best client experience possible, from start to finish. This begins with listening to the thoughts and desires for each client as they share their vision for an event and then putting together a menu based upon our collaboration session (taking into account dietary restrictions).
From intimate gatherings of 30 guests to full scale weddings and corporate events of 300 guests, Big Boards Catering wants you to be a guest at your event regardless of whether your event is in your home or at a large venue. We handle everything from menu planning, set-up,service and clean-up. We provide the entire team, including your own personal chef.
