Kyle was raised by Public Educators (Roger & Christine Goudy) who have a collective 65+ years of experience. Kyle was a product of Public Education, attending K-12 Public School and eventually graduating from the Patton College of Education at Ohio University. Kyle has always been an advocate of teachers and the public education system.

AAU Cares: Kyle has been involved with AAU Cares for over 10 years. One thing that was dear to Kyle was the work with Feeding Children Everywhere (now operating in conjunction with US Hunger) . We pack meals for over 50,000 families every year.

Roger Goudy Scholarship: after Dr. Roger Goudy passed away our family set up a scholarship fund in his honor. We are proud to give out thousands of dollars in scholarships every year. We are continually expanding this Scholarship Fund and are proud of the impact it has had. I am excited to announce that after discussion with our family, we are going to begin giving out a scholarship to graduating seniors in District 4.

The Verb Kind: this group has a program called "Come to Jail with Me." Kyle is proud to serve as a part of the mentor group that visits the Orange County Juvenile Hall. Many of the kids ask for prayers and oftentimes all they want is a hug.​

 

Experience: 

Kyle has 15+ years of experience working with kids in different capacities. Kyle is uniquely qualified to be our next District 4 School Board Member because of his experience in both Education and Business. OCPS has over 200,000 Students and Kyle is the only candidate that has created programming for student groups of that size. OCPS manages a $2.6 billion budget, and Kyle is the only candidate that has first-hand experience managing large and complex budgets.
