The West Orange Dream Center provides a mentorship program to walk alongside young adults (18–29) right here in the Winter Garden area who are ready for more than just a job. They want a career, a purpose, and a future they can believe in.

Here's how it works:

Our 8-week program starts with 4 weeks of goal discovery. It's helping each participant uncover their strengths and understand that they matter. The final 4 weeks focus on job readiness, building the skills and confidence to become the kind of employee every business wants to hire. The final piece of the puzzle is to connect them to the next step.

The mentors are the heartbeat of the program. Real people from our community pouring into the lives of young adults, one conversation at a time.

Every single participant stands in front of a crowd while people speak life, potential, and purpose over them. That moment alone is worth everything.
